A Floaty pen has a liquid-filled chamber that contains a small object(or glitter, snow, etc.) which floats back and forth amid background and/or foreground art.
For those unfamiliar with Floaty technology, here are some simple operating instructions:
Vertical Scene: (below) Hold the pen with the scene upside-down until the 'float' finds its way to the bottom, then turn the pen right-side-up to watch the scene unfold.
Horizontal Scene: (below)First tip the pen one way, then tip it the other way.
